From there it became a leading sensation in the music industry at the time. He occasionally travels with The Soul Stirrers. She then released a secular first album that welcomed her into the secular world.
The album was titled Aretha and was released in January 1961 by Columbia Records. She would later become the queen of soul hits in the 1970s through 2008. She was at the height of her success in music. She made headlines internationally after performing at President Obama’s inaugural ceremony in January 2009.
He later accepted an honorary degree from Yale University. She later released her own label Aretha’s Records in 2011. The cause of death was a neuroendocrine tumor of the pancreas (pNET) which has been widely misreported as cancer a different disease. Numerous celebrities and politicians have paid tribute to her. A commemoration was held in New Bethel Baptist on 19 August. Thousands of people showed up to say goodbye to her. This was followed by a Homegoing service held at Detroit’s Greater Grace Temple.

The Amazing Grace is a live gospel album that was released by soul singer Aretha Franklin. It was officially registered in January 1972 at the New Temple Missionary Baptist Church in Los Angeles.
