Alexis Maas is the widow of famous TV presenter and talk show host Johnny Carson, born in 1952 in Pittsburgh, United States of America.

Her husband (Johnny Carson) was best known for his show ‘The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson’ which ran from 1962 to 1992. Carson had gained a lot of fame and popularity over his extensive career and received six Emmy Awards.

Carson was also awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom and also received a Kennedy Center Honor. Maas was his fourth and last wife, and Carson spent the last years of his life with her.

Alexis Maas was a woman married to Johnny Carson on June 20, 1987. Johnny Carson was born on October 23, 1925 in Corning, Iowa, United States as John William Carson and died January 23, 2005, he was an American television host, comedian, writer and producer. Carson is best known as the host of The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson (1962-1992).

In the year 1948, Carson married Jody Wolcott. The marriage was unstable, with infidelities committed on both sides, as it ended in divorce in 1963. He married Joanne Copeland the same year, on August 17th. After a second extended divorce in 1972, Copeland received a $ 6,000-per-month alimony agreement until Copeland remarried or until Carson died (he received it until his death in 2005).

At the Carson Tonight Show’s 10th anniversary party on September 30, 1972, Carson announced that former model Joanna Holland and Carson had secretly married that afternoon, shocking her friends and colleagues. On March 8, 1983, Holland asked for separation. The divorce case finally ended in 1985 with an 80-page settlement, and the Netherlands received $ 20 million in cash and property.

Johnny Carson had three children with his first wife: Christopher, Cory and Richard. Additionally, the final image of the show, as well as some ‘More to Come’ bumpers, from Carson’s last show on May 22, 1992, featured a photo Richard had taken.
