The Bounty Hunter’s net worth is $6 million dollars.

Dog the Bounty Hunter has a net worth of $6 million and is a bounty hunter, television celebrity, and former bail bondsman in the United States.
Dog the Bounty Hunter is most known for appearing in the A&E TV reality TV show of the same name, for which he acquired his net worth.

Duane Lee Chapman, better known as Dog the Bounty Hunter, was born on February 2, 1953, in Denver, Colorado.
Wesley Duane Chapman (1930-2000), a welder who later became a bail bondsman, and Barbara Darlene Chapman are his parents.
He has three brothers and sisters.
Chapman left home at the age of 15 to join the Devils’ Disciples, a motorcycle gang.
In 1976, Dog was sentenced to five years in jail for first-degree murder.
While a buddy shot and murdered a drug dealer, Dog was waiting in a vehicle.
He was sentenced to 18 months in prison, and his wife, LaFonda, divorced him.
Chapman was released in January 1979 after serving 18 months in the Texas State Penitentiary in Huntsville, Texas.
During his stay in jail, he was motivated to become a bounty hunter by a prison warden.
Due of his criminal conviction, Dog is not permitted to own a firearm and has been prohibited from entering the United Kingdom.

Andrew Luster’s kidnapping: Chapman made international headlines in June 2003 when he kidnapped Andrew Luster, the heir to the Max Factor cosmetics empire.
Luster was accused of drugging and rapping a number of women and had fled the United States in the midst of his trial.
Luster was convicted of 86 counts while he was out on bail.
In Mexico, Chapman and his “hunt team” (his son, Leland, and buddy Tim Chapman–oddly enough, the two Chapmans are unrelated) caught Luster.
The four were arrested and taken to jail while on their way to take Luster to jail.
Luster’s identification was verified, and he was transferred to California to begin serving his 125-year sentence.

Bail was denied to the other three men.
The guys were granted bail when Dog’s wife, Beth Chapman, notified the media.
They departed Mexico on their lawyer’s instructions, thereby making themselves international bail jumpers.
The three were arrested by US Marshals three years later, just days before the statute of limitations on the crime expired, on behalf of the Mexican government, which had accused them all with deprivation of liberty and unlawful bounty hunting.
Chapman appeared in court the next day.
The guys were given bail and told they would have to wear electronic monitoring devices.
A resolution was enacted in 2007 after many state lawmakers requested that the extradition charges against Dog the Bounty Hunter be dropped.
All accusations against the three individuals were dropped by a Mexican court on August 2, 2007.

Take This Job and Dominick Dunne’s Power, Privilege, and Justice were two of his reality TV appearances.
His program Dog the Bounty Hunter premiered on A&E in 2004.
It showed Dog and his colleagues apprehending criminals and bail jumpers.
The show aired for eight seasons until being discontinued in 2012.
Ozzy Osbourne delivered the iconic theme tune.
CMT announced in September 2012 that it has commissioned Dog and Beth: On the Hunt, a new series that will premiere in April 2013.
Chapman, his wife Beth, and their kid starred in the show, which followed the same format as the first.
His son had departed the previous program in 2012, and they were reunited on the current one.
It lasted three seasons before being discontinued in 2016.
Dog’s Most Wanted, a one-season spin-off starring Dog and Beth, broadcast in 2019.

He’s written two books, the first of which was his autobiography, You Can Run But You Can’t Hide, which debuted at #1 on the New York Times bestseller list in 2007.
Many episodes of other TV shows, such as Hollywood Squares, My Name Is Earl, Hawaii Five-O, and others, have included Dog.

Dog has been accused of being racist, especially after a hate speech-filled phone chat with his son was released on the internet.
After the event, A&E suspended his program, but it was reinstated after two months.

Dog the Bounty Hunter has 11 offspring and has been married five times.
In 1972, he married La Fonda Sue Darnell, and they divorced in 1977, after Dog was found guilty of murder.
She was naturally given custody of their two children.
Chapman was given custody of his children again after their mother was charged with a felony and they were placed in foster care.
He married Ann Tegnell in 1979, shortly after he was released from prison.
From 1982 until 1991, he was married to Lyssa Rae Brittain.
After Chapman had arrested her for cocaine possession, he married Tawny Marie Chapman in 1988 and she became his secretary.
They divorced in 2002 with no children from their marriage.

Beth Barmore was his sixth marriage.
They enjoyed an on-again, off-again relationship until May 20, 2006, when they married.
Beth and her partner had a Bail Bonds business together, and she was a regular on Dog the Bounty Hunter.
Beth passed away on June 26, 2019 in Hawaii as a consequence of throat cancer.
